ZRVCS is an online platform that serves the painters market. The platform is designed so that it connects the consumer and the professional, supports both parties and ensures carefree performance. The consumer gets a trouble-free painting job and the professionals are assured of easy work without unnecessary actions when running a private business. ZRVCS is a joint merger with AkzoNobel and is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Brussels, Belgium.

What are your duties?
In this position you will manage the account from A to Z and you will be responsible for the further expansion of our business.
For this position we are looking for a solid personality who feels at home in Belgium. You are able to manage large customers, take charge, develop a strategy and see and seize opportunities.
As an accountmanager you will executes the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, to presenting solutions and negotiating through the close.
You will be responsible for directing, recruiting and training the painters. Guiding the painters when making the first quotations. Solving second-line complaints, monitoring the quality of the painting and monitoring the painters' capacity within the region
Who are you?
In terms of knowledge and experience, we ask:
- You have experience in the painting industry
- Several years of commercial experience
- You have HBO work and thinking level
- You are able to manage large customers, take charge, develop a strategy and see and seize opportunities
- You are energetic, driven and have a winning mentality
- In addition to strategic thinking, you can also operate decisively and know how to convert your plans into results.
