Holy Cow, ZRVCS is going international! And we are so feeling the vibe in Belgium. However, it does set us on a whole new path compared to The Netherlands. Therefore, all elements need to be managed in such a way that the consumers in Belgium also want to make use of our product.
But, how do we do this? Well, as we speak ZRVCS is managing this from all levels.
A lot of research has to be done in finding the right buyers persona for Belgium. Also, questions such as ‘how does the Belgian market purchase paint and paintjobs at the moment?’ and ‘Is this going to be a threat to our product or not?’ are currently being asked and researched.
Apart from that, the Belgian website is being adjusted into different languages and all processes regarding communication of information and data are altered to fit the Belgian system. It’s been tough, but fun! And we keep getting closer and closer to defining ZRVCS in Belgium.
I think the nice thing about going international and choosing Belgium as a starting point, is that Belgium is a multinational country and therefore very versatile. Not only are their languages different but they literally have two (maybe even three) large cultures mixed into one, due to their neighboring countries - making their needs and wants hard to distinguish in easy buyer’s personas. We think, that if we succeed in Belgium, the rest of the countries will (hopefully) be easier for us to distinguish.
We are all very excited to see how this is going to work out! Around June and May we will have our answers so stay tuned to see where we are at!
